This is defiantly the best gym I have been to and I have been to a few being a fair weather gym goer! I needed to lose weight as I was getting married and needed to get into my dress. The staff were great and really supportive. They sat down with me and helped work out a plan not only on fitness but nutritional as well. Every step of the way they supported me and encouraged me. I was made to feel so welcome and at no point felt self conscious. I have enjoyed it so much I have become a full time member and enjoy all my classes especially Body Pump and Body Combat.

I am visiting the island and was told about this club. It was great to visit, friendly atmosphere, very welcoming. Standard here is really good so I would highly recommend this club.

As an older participant (51) I was a little apprehensive about starting a self defence class, especially as I am not a fan of gyms and I'm not the fittest of people. I've been going for over 6 months now and I love the training, love getting fitter and really enjoy the friendliness of the group. Steve and Ben are very welcoming, friendly, patient and easy to understand. They are very good at adapting the training to suit the skills and experience of the participants and I never feel that I am being pushed to do things I cannot do. I thoroughly recommend learning Krav Maga with Krav Maga Elite Self Defence and, if you're on the Island, you should come and join us. You can even sign up for some trial lessons so there's no excuse!
I can't recommend Grav Maga and Steve highly enough. I was looking for something to keep my fitness levels up and build up my self confidence. I've tried martial arts but this another level.I leave each class feeling energised, more confident and smiling because I have learnt some great self defence skills and had fun doing it! Everyone is friendly and positive. It doesn't matter how fit, strong or size you are (I am tiny!!) ...you will learn valuable skills that will have a positive impact on all areas of your life.
